How do I prepare my pet for the visit?+−
Just bring them as they are. A short walk for dogs beforehand helps them relax. For cats, please use a carrier and we'll take care of the rest.
Is a rabies vaccine required?+−
Yes, a rabies vaccine is mandatory for every pet we groom. The earliest we can groom a pet is 3 months old, which is when they get their first rabies vaccine.
What if my pet is aggressive or won't cooperate?+−
We never use force or sedation. If a pet is too aggressive or uncooperative to groom safely, which happens more often with first-timers, we won't proceed. We'll call you to pick them up instead.
Do you do dematting?+−
We don't do dematting. If a coat is too matted, we advise a full shave, or a partial shave depending on how severe it is.
Can I book online?+−
Yes, you can secure your slot through our online booking site. A ₱300 downpayment per pet is required within 1 hour of booking to confirm it. No downpayment means no slot reservation. It's first come, first served, with 10 slots available per day. Grooming is only available at our Mabolo branch.
How long does a typical session take?+−
About 3 hours on average, depending on size and coat. We'll text you a pickup window after drop-off.
What if I'm late or need to reschedule?+−
Please arrive before 8:30 AM. Arriving after 8:30 AM will be considered a no-show, and your down payment will be forfeited. If you need to rebook, please call us at 0915 454 3524. Rebooking is allowed up to one day before your appointment and must be requested before 3:00 PM.
